Sites

Use sites to manage your locations and properties. Integrate data, documents, photos, and other information associated with a physical property.

Each site has a home page containing a toolbar, left navigation, and site components. Sites have projects, forms, and libraries.

Navigate to sites in the navigation hierarchy, from search rings, or within units.

The sites home page includes these sections:

• Site Data / Site Address / Site Photo / Site Map: View information about the site including its address, coordinates, photos, and maps.

• Responsibilities: Define the parties responsible for activities on the site.

• Projects Summary: View a list of all projects associated with the site

• Vendors: View and add contact information for companies associated with the site.

• Asset / Inventory and Equipment: Manage lifecycles for equipment and materials associated with an asset.

• Leases: Manage property and rent for commercial property portfolios, cellular sites, renewable energy projects, and retail leases.

• Incidents: Create and track unplanned events.

• Events: Add and manage events associated with the site.

• Lease Critical Dates / Options: Define key dates and information associated with a Lease, including renewal dates and termination dates.

• Notes: Add additional information to a site.

Add sites to search rings or other parent units from that object's home page.

Toolbar

Use the site toolbar to:

• Edit: Make changes to the site information.

• Archive: Remove the site from Siterra without deleting it. This relocates the site to the Archive Manager. An archived site cannot be accessed or reported on unless it is restored.

• Delete: Delete the site and its child objects. Once deleted, a site can no longer be accessed or reported on.

  Deleting is a permanent action, which cannot be undone. To remove a site from Siterra, but restore it later, archive it.

• More: Select to access additional options:

  • Link/unlink to parent site: Link a site to any other site within the parent search ring to creates a parent/child site structure within the parent unit. Unlink sites that no longer need to be linked to this site.

  • Display topological tree view: View a structured navigation tree that shows linked sites.

  • Topological map view: View linked sites on a map.

• Download Zip: Access the Download Zip tool to bulk import site files.

• Stream: View an aggregated list of payment lines associated with the site.

• Log: View a record of actions taken on the site.

• Subscribe: Manage and create notification subscriptions for the site.

Your portfolio administrator determines the buttons and menus that appear in the toolbar.

Quick access

Use the quick access sections in the left navigation pane to access to other objects associated with the site. Select an object to display that object's home page:

• Sites: Other sites in the parent search ring (or other unit).

• Hubs: Hub objects associated with the site for portfolios with Small Cell functionality enabled.

• Additional Data: Any additional custom forms (not marked as default) associated with the site.

• Projects: Projects associated with the site created with templates.

• Custom Projects: Ad hoc Projects associated with the site.

• Libraries: Libraries associated with the site.

• Photo Libraries: Photo libraries related to the site.

Your portfolio administrator determines the sections that appear in the left navigation pane.
