Incidents
Track unplanned events associated with a site, asset, or lease. Create an incident from the Incidents pane of a Site, Asset, or Lease home page, or through Search.
Each incident has a home page that includes a toolbar, a left navigation pane, and panes for incident details. When you create an incident, Siterra creates a To-Do for the specified date.
The incident home page includes these panes:

Site details: Related site.

Landlord details: Related landlord.

Incident summary: Details about the incident.

Contacts: Contacts associated with the incident.

Log: Record of actions taken on the incident.

Notes: Add additional information to the incident.
Toolbar
Use the incident toolbar to:

Edit: Make changes to the incident information.

Delete: Delete the incident. After you delete an incident, you cannot access or report on it.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Assign user: Assign a user to the incident. The incident appears in the assigned user's To-Dos.

Remove user: Remove the assigned user from the incident.

Assign group: Assign a group to take action on the incident.

Mark as closed: Change the incident status to closed.

Subscribe: Manage and create notification subscriptions for the incident.

Log: View a record of actions taken on the incident.
Your portfolio administrator determines the buttons and menus that appear in the toolbar.

Sites: Access other sites in the parent search ring (or other unit).

Hubs: Manage hub objects associated with the site for portfolios with Small Cell functionality enabled.

Additional data: View additional custom forms associated with the site.

Projects: View and create projects associated with the site using templates.

Custom projects: View and create ad hoc projects associated with the site.

Libraries: View and add libraries associated with the site.
-
Photo libraries: View and add visual resources associated with the site.
Quick access
Use the quick access panes in the left navigation pane to open other objects associated with the incident:

Sites: Other sites in the parent search ring or other unit.

Hubs: Hub objects associated with the parent site for portfolios with small cell functionality enabled.

Additional data: Custom forms (not marked as default) associated with the incident.

Libraries: Resources associated with the incident.
-
Photo libraries: Photo libraries related to the incident.
Your portfolio administrator determines the sections that appear in the left navigation pane.
