Archive an Asset

Navigate to an Asset home page.

In the toolbar, select Archive.

A confirmation dialog appears, which lists the child objects to be archived.

Select Yes to continue or No to cancel.

A second confirmation dialog appears.

Only an administrator can restore archives.

Select Yes to continue or No to cancel.

The parent Site home page appears.

In new Siterra, navigate to the Asset home page.

Select the ellipsis button () in the upper-right corner of the Asset home page, then select Archive.

In the confirmation dialog that opens, select Archive.

Refresh the navigation tree to update it.

If you select a stale item in the navigation tree, a message appears that indicates someone may have removed or deleted that item.
