Photo Libraries

View and add photo libraries that contain photos associated with objects including:

• Assets

• Events

• Incidents

• Leases 

• Search rings

• Sites

• Units

• Vendors

Your administrator uses library templates to define the structure of the photo library.

Add a photo library

Add photo libraries from an object home page.

1. Navigate to the object home page.

2. Scroll to the Photo Libraries pane in the left navigation pane.

3. Select Add in the Photo Libraries pane.

4. In the window that opens:

   1. Select a Template.

   2. Enter a Name for the library.

   3. Optionally, enter a Description.

   4. Select OK.

   The photo library appears in the Libraries pane of the object home page.

Search photo libraries

1. Navigate to the object home page.

2. In the left navigation toolbar, select the library name in the Photo Libraries pane.

   The Photo Library page opens.

3. Select Saved Searches, or start a fresh search to find the items you want:

   1. Select a Category.

   2. Optionally, enter a keyword and select other search options.

   3. Select Search.

4. Select a photo from results to display it in the Photo Viewer.

5. Optionally, save the search for future use:

   1. Select Save.

   2. Enter a name for the search in Save Search As.

   3. Select Usage Level.

   4. Select Submit.
