Accruent TMS Introduction

Accruent TMS streamlines traditional TMS work order workflows as a maintenance management system (CMMS) tailored for the healthcare industry. It offers a user-friendly interface that seamlessly works with the Classic TMS system. It operates based on the framework settings in Classic TMS. Segmentation, forms, fields, and permissions are all defined in Classic TMS, and Accruent TMS retains these configurations to ensure consistency and control.

For a technician to see work orders on their dashboard, they must have a resource record associated to their user record in Classic TMS. The work order assignment is populated with their resource name and assigned to that technician for completion.

Accruent TMS includes:

• Work Orders: Track scheduled maintenance and general maintenance requests. Create and update work orders, and perform queries.

• Assets: If you have the asset number, you can access an asset's details, which are read-only and offer quick access to asset information.
