Resources

In the Resource module, you track internal, external, and contract resource records. A resource is any entity, usually a person (internal or external staff), for whom you want to track labor expenditures. If a person is performing maintenance for you, use the Resources module to record their work.

For example, by tracking labor, you can identify how much time is spent on various tasks and projects. This might help you to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas where productivity can be improved.

In resources, you have access to:

  • Create: Creating resources within a system allows for better management and allocation of those resources.

  • Update: If you have the resource number, you can access and update the resource's details.

  • Query: Perform queries to quickly find specific resources or tailor your searches based on specific criteria.
