Surveys

The Survey module helps your organization assess satisfaction with the work performed by staff. You create surveys for specific segments in the database, allowing for tailored feedback based on individual skills and segments. You view survey results from both the survey itself and the associated work order. Additionally, you access survey reports to analyze the feedback.
