Work Orders

The Work Orders module tracks scheduled maintenance and general maintenance requests. Track the requested work, identify equipment associated with the request, resources allocated to the task, time spent on the work, calculate material costs related to the work, and more.

In the Work Orders section, you have access to:

  • Dashboard: The overview includes sections for My work orders, Track progress, and All open work orders. Drill down within each category to get more detailed information.

  • Create: Create a new work order using the form assigned to your user group and segment within Classic TMS. The tabs and fields might vary depending on the assigned form and segment.

  • Update: Change work orders as needed to ensure the details remain current with changing conditions and requirements.

  • Query: Search for work orders that match the criteria you specify. Perform one-time searches, define and save queries for future use, and add saved queries to your favorites for easy access.
