Schedules

The Schedules module contains all of your facility’s preventive maintenance (PM), planned event (PE), and inspections (IN) information.

Imagine if you manage the maintenance for a large facility that includes various assets such as HVAC systems, laboratory equipment, medical devices, and company vehicles. Ensuring these assets are regularly maintained and inspected is crucial to prevent unexpected breakdowns, ensure safety, and comply with regulatory standards.

The schedule records are view-only.

In schedules, you have access to:

• Update: If you have the schedule number, you can access the schedule details, which provides quick access to view information, using the PM, PE, or IN form assigned to your segment and group.

• Query: Perform queries to quickly find specific schedules or tailor your searches based on specific criteria.
