Schedules

The Schedules module contains all of your facility’s preventive maintenance (PM), planned event (PE), and inspections (IN) information.

Imagine if you manage the maintenance for a large facility that includes various assets such as HVAC systems, laboratory equipment, medical devices, and company vehicles. Ensuring these assets are regularly maintained and inspected is crucial to prevent unexpected breakdowns, ensure safety, and comply with regulatory standards.

When creating or updating a schedule, the form dynamically displays the Calendar or Meter grouping fields based on the selected schedule type. This ensures that the correct fields appear on the form for the selected schedule type.

The PM and IN schedule forms display the Calendar field grouping, the Meter field grouping, both, or neither, depending on the value you select in the Schedule Type field. PE schedules always use the Calendar type.
