Workflows

Your organization can use workflows to assign and manage processes. Your System Administrator configures workflows for your organization on the Manage Work Flows page.

Lucernex workflows consist of:

  • Form steps: Complete a form

  • Schedule task steps: Start other Work Flows and scheduled jobs in the Reporting module

Depending on the workflows your Administrator has created, you can:

Depending on your workflows, several workflow steps may take place simultaneously. The course of a workflow is determined by the actions you take. For example, if you give a certain response in a step, the workflow might return you to a previous step.

Manage your work flow tasks using the My Work Queue and My Approvals widgets on your Dashboard. Add the widgets if they are not shown on your Dashboard.

  1. Navigate to Entity > Details > Work Flow.

    Use the links in the Navigation Pane on the leftmost side of the page.

  2. To expand or collapse all Work Flows in the Work Flows table, click Expand All or Collapse All in the upper-left corner of the table.

Sort and Search Workflows

You can sort and search the data in the Work Flow table.

Sort by Workflow type

  • Select the Workflow type you want to view from List.

    All Work Flows on the entity that have the Workflow type you selected appear in the Work Flow table.

Sort by Workflow status

  • Select the status of the Workflows you want to view from With Status.

    All Workflows on the entity that have the Workflow status you selected appear in the Work Flow table.

Search for a Workflow

  1. Enter your Search criteria in the upper-right corner of the Work Flow table.

  2. Click Search gray magnifier button.

    To clear the search criteria, click Clear gray cross button.
