Widgets and reports
If your Administrator has granted you permissions to do so, you can add and remove items such as widgets Out of the box drag and drop features that you can add to a dashboard and reports on your dashboard.
Add an item

Click >> on the left side of the page to expand the menu.
The >> is located to the left of the Map tab.
The menu expands.

Expand Widgets then locate the widget or report you want.

Click and drag the widget or report you want to add to the Dashboard.

Drop the widget or report where you want it to appear on the page.
Resize an item

Hover over the corners or edges of the item.
The cursor changes to a re-size tool.

Click and drag the corner or edges of the item to re-size it.

When the item is the size you want, release your cursor.
The widget is re-sized.
Move an item

Hover your cursor over the header of the item you want to move.
Your cursor changes to a move tool.

Click and drag the widget to move it where you want it on the Dashboard.
Remove an item

Find the widget you want to remove.

Click Close.
The Close button is in the upper-right corner of the widget.
The widget closes. It no longer appears on your Dashboard.
Refresh an item

Find the item you want to refresh.

Click Refresh in the upper-right corner of the item.
The data is refreshed.
Filter out of the box widgets
If the enableMyWidgetsGridFilter feature flag is turned on in your firm, you can filter and sort out of the box dashboard widgets that start with My by their column heading. For example if you are a project manager with hundreds of purchase orders to approve, you can filter and reduce the list in the My Approvals widget.

Optionally, search across all columns:

In Search, enter a value to search for

Click Search.

Optionally, filter by column:
-
Enter a value in the column.

Choose the logical filter criteria using the buttons to the left of each field.
The available options are determined by the data in that column. Options include:
Is equal
Not equal
Greater than
Greater than or equal to
Less than
Less than or equal to
Like
Empty
Not Empty
If an option is currently selected, the displays the icon for that option.
If a is displayed to the right of the field, this indicates that you can select specific data to filter the column on such as a date or a specific value from a list:
Displays the date picker. When you choose a date filter, the date format is shown in the format configured for your user. For example, if the date format specified for your user is mm/dd/yyyy and you choose to filter on February 13, 2023, the filter shows 02/13/2023.

Select Save Filters to save your filter so that it is retained when you navigate away from the dashboard.
Sort by column

Click the menu in the rightmost part of the column heading.

Click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
Show and hide columns

Click the menu in the rightmost part of the column heading.

Click Columns then clear the columns you want to hide and select the columns you want to show.
