Add a workflow
When a Lucernex workflow that is configured for your organization is initiated on an entity, this is known as adding a workflow.
A workflow is added to an entity Modules have parent / child and sibling / sibling relationships contain records that are often referred to as entities. when:

You or another user add the workflow by selecting a workflow kickoff form

A scheduled task is completed

It is triggered by a step in another workflow
Add a workflow using a kickoff form

On the Work Flow tab, click Add Work Flow in the Actions menu.

Select the form you want to use.

Click OK.

Complete the form according to your company standards.
System Administrators create and configure forms for use by your organization. The form may contain instructions.

Click Add.
If you have met the requirements specified by your System Administrator, the workflow is started.
If your firm has the enableKickoffWorkflowOptions setting enabled and the data you entered matches the conditions for kicking off more than one workflow, a dialog may prompt you to select the workflow to start.
If the workflow did not start as expected, contact your System Administrator.
