Create and Modify Custom Fields
A Custom Field is a field with a user-defined control type (for example, a drop-down menu, or text box) and specified data type (for example, boolean, integer, or character). They might be used in a hierarchical setting with other custom fields.
Custom fields function a standard TMS system fields would, but with settings that are defined by a TMS user with system admin permissions. Their usage is not limited to one module; they can be tied to any module or multiple modules.
There are three types of custom fields:

General custom fields - Create drop-down menus, text boxes, calendars, check boxes, and more

Calculated custom fields - Establish a formula and variables to automatically calculate a value during data entry

User authentication fields - Allow a user other than the one logged in to electronically sign a record
