Portfolio / Capital Program Administration

From the Portfolio / Capital Program Administration pane of the System Administrator Dashboard, System Administrators can manage the portfolios, capital programs, regions and org charts, fiscal calendars, and holiday calendars used across the company and portfolio.

• Manage Portfolios / Capital Programs: Create, edit, or delete portfolios or capital programs on the Manage Programs page. Manage portfolios and capital programs in the system. Mark a portfolio or capital program as either active or inactive on the Activate / Deactivate page.

• Manage Regions / Org Chart: Manage entity membership and assign default managers to entities with organization charts. If you select a minimum of a value from the Region field, an entity that belongs to a portfolio can pull membership data from the portfolio's organization chart. You can select values from the Sub region and Market fields of an entity to further refine categorization of that entity.

• Manage Fiscal Calendar: Configure the fiscal calendar. Lucernex supports 13-period years, 4-4-5 quarters, 4-5-4 quarters, and English / Scottish quarters.

• Manage Holiday Calendar: Configure the Lucernex holiday calendars. Holidays determine task completion dates in schedules. If a schedule is not crashed, weekends and holidays are not used when determining task dates from lead, lag, or duration values.
