Work order procedures grid
(TMSPROV-30772)
View and manage procedures directly from the Procedures tab on the Work order form. This update introduces a full set of tools to view, add, edit, and remove procedural work requirements from a single location.
Work order procedure readings
(TMSPROV-31720)
The button on the Procedures tab now uses the label Update readings instead of Update procedures. This label accurately reflects the action performed. The modal header also reads Update readings. There is no change to the modal functionality.
Record procedure readings for multi-asset work orders faster using the improved Update readings modal. Switch between assets and enter readings without closing the modal. The system preserves your entries as you navigate between assets.
Work order if/then conditional sub-procedures
(TMSPROV-31705)
Use if/then logic to only see the tasks you need. The system shows or hides sub-tasks based on the readings you enter for trigger tasks. This logic supports Yes/No, Choice list, and Ranged data trigger types.
Manually generate scheduled work orders
(TMSPROV-29039)
Manually generate preventive maintenance (PM), inspection (IN), or planned event (PE) work orders from schedules to complete time-sensitive or event-triggered work. Use Schedules > Manual generation to create work orders for one or more schedules immediately, rather than waiting for the system to generate them.
