Dashboard
The Dashboard includes an overview of work orders and is the default view. The tiles display the count of work orders and hours. The Dashboard is not customizable.
To see the Dashboard, click Work orders on the left menu.
The Dashboard includes:

My work orders: Check the number of various work orders at a glance for In progress, Past due, Open scheduled, and Open unscheduled.

Track progress: Shows the total number of hours logged for your assigned work orders, Completed scheduled and Completed unscheduled tasks. At a glance, compare your progress by viewing your hours logged and work orders you completed across various date ranges.

Open work orders: Shows up to 200 of your work orders that are not yet completed or closed. Filter this list to prioritize data based on your chosen criteria, such as priority and segment. Also view the information in card view.
