Track Progress
Track progress displays tiles with the number of hours logged, completed scheduled work orders, and completed unscheduled work orders for a selected date range. Choose from predefined date ranges like today, this week, and last month, or create a custom date range.
Click each tile to navigate to the corresponding page displaying the list of work orders in that category. Each corresponding page offers both list and card views, along with the ability to change the position and size of columns, sort columns, use search filters, and access an Actions menu.
Date range
Choose a predefined date range or create a custom date range. In the calendar icon, select a predefined date range such as today, this week, last month and more.
Create a custom date range:

In the calendar icon, select Custom date range.

In Start date, enter a start date manually or click the Calendar icon to select one.

In End date, enter or select an end date.

Click Set.
The Track progress tiles refresh to show totals that match the selected date range.
Hours logged
Provides you with a quick overview of the total hours logged during the selected date range. Hours logged has no corresponding page.
Complete scheduled
These work orders are assigned to you, marked as completed, and fall under categories such as Preventive Maintenance (PM), Planned Event (PE), or Inspection (IN), with a status date within the selected date range.
Complete unscheduled
These work orders are assigned to you, marked as completed, and do not fall under the categories of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Planned Event (PE), or Inspection (IN).
