Simplify procedure readings tied to work orders

We introduced a new procedures readings worksheet to simplify the process of documenting details for procedures tied to a work order.

Create and update assets

TMSPROV-23617, TMSPROV-23615, TMSPROV-24782

Create new asset records, populate all values correctly, and save them to the Classic TMS database. You can also update individual assets and save the changes to the Classic TMS database.
