Call Center
Create work orders and manage inbound service requests via a call center. View the status of work orders, assign an action for a work order, as well as maintain a list of service providers and rosters for technicians. The Call Center page displays call centers that are assigned to a particular company.
Search for a call center

Enter a keyword in any of the following search fields:

Partner: Enter the call center name in this field.

Description: Enter key words from the description of the call center in this field.

Location: Enter the location where the call center is based in this field.
When you click a Partner row in the Call Center List or search using a Description keyword, the system will open the WO Status Overview page. You can return to the Call Center page by navigating back. Also, you can use keywords such as city, state, province, or country to search for a call center Location.
