Documents

The Documents page displays documents related to service calls and client work orders.

Search for a Document

  1. In the Documents table, search for a document using any of the following fields:
  • File Name: Document name/ title
  • Subject/Description: More detail about the document
  • Client: Company/customer
  • File Type: Type of uploaded file
  • File Size: Size of electronic file
  • Uploaded By: Name of the person who uploaded the document
  • Date Uploaded: Date on which the file was uploaded to the system
  • Modified By: Name of the last person who modified the document
  • Date Modified: Date on which the file was last modified
  1. Once you have entered data, select the Search button to look for a document in the system.
  2. Select the Clear button to delete your data.

Add a New Document

  1. In the Documents table, select the New button. This displays a pop up window.
  2. In the File Name field, select Choose File and attach the required file.
  3. In the Client field, enter a keyword and select Search or select Clear to delete your data.
  4. In the Subject/Description field, enter a detailed description for the document that is being uploading.
  5. Select the Update button to upload the document or the Cancel button to delete your data.
