Schedule Meter Based PMs

To schedule a PM based on a meter readings, follow these steps:

1. Open a PM schedule on the PM Edit page.

   You can create a new PM schedule or use PM Edit or PM Query to locate an existing PM schedule.

2. From the Schedule drop-down menu, select Meter.

   The Meter area appears on the right side of the page.

3. In the Next Due Meter field, enter a value that indicates the next meter reading that will trigger the PM schedule.

   For example, if the PM you are creating is for changing the oil in asset VEH-01 every 3,000 miles and the odometer is currently at 6,000, enter 9000.

4. In the Meter Interval field, enter the meter interval when subsequent PM schedules will be triggered.

   For example, if the PM you are creating is for changing the oil in asset VEH-01 every 3,000 miles, enter 3000.

5. Complete the remaining required fields based on your selections.

6. Click Save.
