|
Project Schedule Status Alert |
Sends an alert if a project's schedule is a certain percentage behind schedule. |
Task Approaching Alerts |
Sends an alert to a task assignee of any schedule task that is approaching within X number of days. If you want to send Workflow Step Completion notifications, you must set the Email Task Approaching Alerts setting to Yes. Learn who receive these notifications. Task approaching alerts can be disabled by selecting Disabled from the Days field while still having the Workflow Step Completion notifications enabled. Important!
If you previously have not had the Email Task Approaching Alerts setting set to Yes, the system will send ALL accumulated email alerts to the email addresses of users assigned to tasks. We recommend that if you want to enable this setting, you first set an email filter to prevent these obsolete emails from being sent to your users. The filter you set is highly dependent upon how your other alerts are configured. We recommend you consult with your Accruent representative to ensure that this filter is configured correctly. |
Task Overrun Alerts |
Enabling this setting tells the system to send three types of emails each night.
|
Lease Expiration Alerts |
Sends an alert if the Action Complete check box is not selected within X days of the Notice End Date. Alerts are also sent out if you are within X days of the key date Notice Begin Date, Notice End Date, Tickler Date, and Contract Lease Expiration Date. |
Inventory Alert Email Setting |
Alert is only sent to equipment managers. The system scans all parts, looking at quantities on hand, quantities that have already been ordered, and the minimum supply level to keep on hand. If the quantities are too low, the part will be added to the alert list. |
Warranty Expire Alerts |
Sends an alert if a warranty is expiring within X days. |
Allows you to control whether your users receive alerts when you perform bulk membership updates on the Manage Membership pages. Important!
This setting only enables and disables email alerts for bulk membership updates. Individual membership updates will still generate an alert. |
