Work Orders Page - Equipment Sub-Module - Common Page

The Work Orders page allows you to view and interact with work orders associated with your equipment.

These are generic procedures that are common across all or multiple areas of Lucernex. As such, these procedures do not call out specific navigation to the page.

For a work order to appear on this page, the following criteria must be met:

  • Your work order form must have the Issue.EquipmentIDList in its layout.

  • The equipment must be selected from Equipment List mentioned in the previous bullet.

To navigate to the Work Orders tab:

  1. Choose between three options:

    • Navigate to Site > Equipment > Work Orders.

    • Navigate to Project > Equipment > Work Orders.

    • Navigate to Location > Equipment > Work Orders.

      Use the links in the Navigation Pane on the leftmost side of the page.

  2. Follow a procedure below.

ClosedData In the Work Orders Table

The following data appears in the Work Orders table:

  • Name: Name of the form or work flow

  • Title: Title of the form (form only)

  • Status: Status of the form or work flow

  • Days Open: Number of days the form or work flow has been open

  • Begun: Creation date of the form or work flow

  • Completed: Completion date of the form or work flow

  • Active Step: Step number that is currently active (work flow only)

  • Due Date: Due date

  • Current Assignee: Current assignee (work flow only)

  • Current Approver: Current approver (work flow only)

ClosedView Work Orders for Specific Equipment

To view work orders for a specific piece of equipment, select the equipment whose work orders you want to view from the Show Logs for field.

The work orders for the equipment you selected appear in the table.
