Capacity Calendar View
Use the Capacity Calendar View to analyze workforce capacity and technician availability. The calendar displays shifts, non-working hours, and assigned tasks by region and task type.
From the calendar, you can manage
Calendar groups
The calendar organizes technicians by region and task type. Work groups determine which technicians appear in each group.
To display a technician in a capacity group, assign the technician to the appropriate work groups for both the region and task type.
Filter technicians and tasks
Use the available filters to display specific technicians and capacity groups.
- Task type filters technicians assigned to task type work groups.
- Region filters technicians assigned to region work groups.
- Technician filters individual technicians.
