Analyze Building and Floors

As a workplace strategist, assess the effectiveness of the workplace by reviewing data on the Analyze Building page. This information helps with managing your space needs and objectives as they develop.

You can see a summary of a building's metrics, like engagement score and headcount forecasts by department. You can also view a floor's capacity status, total number of spaces, and number of spaces used.

To view building analytics, in the Analyze module, under Show metrics, click a building in the list.

The Analyze buildings page includes:

• Building details

• Tabs include:

  • Utilization

  • Allocation

  • Floor map

You can expand or collapse each panel to extend their width and view all metrics.

• Expand the building details panel: click the double arrows at the upper right of the panel

• Expand the utilization chart panel: click the double arrows at the lower right of the metrics and map panel

• To collapse each panel, click the double arrows at the upper or lower part of each panel.

To make changes to the building's details, click Configure building. Only system administrators have access to configuration options.
