With the Analyze module you can:

• At-a-Glance Insights: Get an at-a-glance understanding of space use across your entire portfolio. Drill down into key metrics like average use, lease end dates, and more.

• Drill Down at the Building Level: To get more useful information, look at how space is used throughout the day. Also, consider your operating costs and how usage changes over time or between departments.

• View Space Allocation Insights: Review your space allocation to understand which departments are using a space and if you are operating within capacity.

Your system administrator configures all data shown in the Analyze module dashboard.
