Apply search criteria to focus in on specific buildings, regions, and time frames. The building and regions search function independent of each other. If you enter or select a building and then want to choose and zoom in on a region, you must first clear the Search buildings field.
- Search: Type in search to search for and select a building. As you type, a list of partial search matches appears. You can choose from this list or keep typing until an exact match appears. The map then zooms in on your selection.
-
Region: Choose a single, several, or all regions. If you select one region, the map zooms in on that area. If you select multiple regions, the map zooms out to display all the selected regions. For instance, if you select Midwest, the map view might zoom into and include pins within Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio depending on your system configuration. If you select Europe and Asia, the map view zooms out to display pins within those regions. Choose All regions to select every region in the list. If All is selected and you clear one region, All regions is also cleared.

Time frame: Select from:
-
Previous week: The system calculates metrics from the previous full work week. For example, if today is Thursday, then the previous week refers to Monday to Friday of the last work week.
-
Previous month: The system calculates metrics from the previous full calendar month. For example, if today is June 20, the previous month refers to the entire month of May.
When you change the time frame, the utilization status in the metrics box and metrics grid updates to match the selected time frame.
