Sections

Sections of field groupings display within a tab. To expand or collapse a section, click the section heading.

• Asset: An asset includes any item requiring maintenance that you want to track, including equipment, facilities, and vehicles.

  This section is intended for a single asset and appears as read-only.
• Asset BOM: View asset bill of materials (BOM) for materials issued to an asset, indicating the quantity issued.

• Attachments: Add files and links to work orders. Attachments are included as a section within other tabs, such as Main, rather than having their own separate tab.

• Contacts: View contact information for assets that are attached to your work order.

• Purchase orders: Displays a read-only grid of associated purchase orders
