Admin

The Admin page allows you to configure system settings, manage user access, and define workflows to ensure smooth operations. These settings help customize the platform to fit your organization’s needs.

To locate an admin page, enter a search term in the upper-left. The page dynamically highlights items that match your search.

Key administration areas include:

  • Assets: Configure asset settings, including tracking, verification, and lifecycle management.

  • PPM: Define maintenance schedules and service intervals.

  • Providers: Manage provider profiles, contact details, and associated services to streamline service coordination and ensure accurate tracking.

  • Sites: Manage site information, hierarchies, and associated assets.

  • Work Order: Set up work order processes, priorities, and approval workflows.

Only administrators can access and modify these settings.
