PPM

A Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is a proactive maintenance strategy that helps prevent unexpected equipment failures by scheduling regular inspections, servicing, and repairs. Instead of waiting for equipment to break down, PPM ensures that assets remain operational, reducing costly downtime and complex repairs.

Create PPMs for various types of equipment, such as HVAC systems, refrigerators, elevators, electrical systems, plumbing, and others.

Once you define the PPM schedule, work orders create based on that schedule. The work order details the specific tasks or actions the contractor needs to perform, such as inspections, repairs, or servicing.

Manage PPMs

Create and manage PPMs through the following pages in Admin tab:

• PPM Activities: View or add the activities and their tasks performed during the PPMs.

• PPM Contract Group Update Tool: Bulk update PPM contract details or add multiple sites to contracts.

• PPM Contract Store Viewer: View all PPM contracts.

• PPM Manager: View, edit, and create PPMs using the intuitive PPM builder.

• PPM Schedules: Get an overview of the timing details of each PPM by provider.

• PPM Templates: Create and manage templates for recurring maintenance tasks.
