Change History
The Change History tab in the PPM Builder provides a record of all modifications made to the PPM schedule and its associated contract. This serves as an audit trail for tracking changes. You can also download the history in Excel, Tab, or CSV formats.
PPM builder change history
Displays changes made to the PPM schedule.

Change date: Click to view details, such as who made the change, reason, comments, and assets covered in the contract.

Change type: Category of the change, such as assets, details, sites and so on.

User: Name of the person who made the modification.
Contract change history
Tracks modifications to the contract.

Provider: Service provider associated with the contract.

Vendor contract reference #: Contract number assigned by the vendor.
