External FC Web Service Errors

Monitor and manage data transmission issues when sending flagged condition data to an external system.

Navigate through Flagged condition push settings > External FC web service errors.

View the following:

• Request: Details of the request sent to the external system.

• Response: Response received from the system.

• Issue number: Specific issue linked to the flagged condition.

• Site: Location associated with the flagged condition.

• Flagged condition name: The flagged condition causing the error.

• Controller name: Linked controller for the flagged condition.

• Work order number: Associated work order.

• Flagged condition status: Current status of the flagged condition.

• URL: Destination URL for data transmission.

• Date and time (EST): Timestamp of the error.

• Comments: Additional notes about the error.

Select one or more items and click Resend to resubmit the flagged condition data or Remove to delete the error record from the list.
