Refrigerant Usage

When logging refrigerant usage in Mobile, an error message indicates when the technician's comment exceeds the 4,000-character limit, helping you identify and resolve the issue.

The Required document on creation and Required document on job completion fields in Provider Setup Options include a Role permission option. This setting allows you to control document requirements based on role-based permissions that Support configures. The system only requires documents during work order creation and completion if your role has the necessary permissions.
