Log Refrigerant Usage

Log refrigerant usage to track compliance, monitor leaks, and maintain accurate records of refrigerant-related work. This ensures proper asset management and adherence to environmental regulations.

  1. In Mobile, go to Actions > Log Refrigerant Usage.

  2. Enter the required details:

    • Provider: Select the service provider responsible for the refrigerant work.

    • Site name: Select the site where the refrigerant usage is being logged.

    • System name: Select the refrigeration or HVAC system associated with the refrigerant usage.

      Other fields automatically populate based on the selected system, such as System ID, Refrigerant type, Asset category.

    • Add cylinder: Add cylinder details if needed.

    • Documents: Upload relevant files.

    • Service date: Select the date the service was performed.

    • Date leak detected: Select when the leak was first identified.

    • Initial verification test date: Select the date of the first test to confirm refrigerant levels or leak presence.

    • Leak status: Switch to indicate whether the leak was repaired or if a repair attempt was made but the leak persists.

    • Leak location: Select where the leak was detected within the system.

    • Leak check method: Select the method used to detect the leak, such as electronic detection, bubble test, and others.

    • Fault: Select the identified issue, such as pipe failure or valve malfunction.

    • Action: Specify the corrective action taken, such as cleaned, repaired, and others.

    • Technician: Select the technician responsible for the service.

    • Technician comments: Enter up to 4,000 characters of notes related to the service, including follow-up actions if required.

  3. Click Save.
