Assets

You can now bypass category asset requirements for closing work orders using the new work order actions permission in Admin.

Compliance, Work Orders

You can now update the compliance status of work orders in bulk, greatly reducing the time needed to ensure all work orders in the application reflect accurate compliance information.

Contracts

Your contract data now appears on External Information in the WorkSpace and Mobile dashboard.

Import Tool

You can now successfully use the Outstanding WO quick filter to export data to Excel.

Notifications

We added a notification alert trigger for when a work order gets flagged for recall request. This notifies you when you have a work order to review so you can do it in a timely manner before the recall period ends.

You can now save updates to PPM activities without issue.

Quotes and Estimates

You can now easily view detailed estimated and quote itemization directly from the work order history in All Work Orders and Re-Estimated Work Orders.

System History

You can now delete retrofit events, which are tracked in the deleted usage events table with detailed information accessible through System History.

You can now filter work orders by site type in Outstanding Work Orders and All Work Orders, allowing you to see work performed for the various kinds of sites you maintain.

You can now search for an asset's category and subcategory descriptions on the keyword search when you are creating a work order.
