System Notification SIC/FVT rule type

VXERM-1192

Use the new System Notification rule type for SIC and FVT to report when a system exceeds a 16% leak rate within seven days. This rule supports a new Washington State regulatory requirement.

To support state-level compliance, you can also limit SICK and FVT rules to a specific geographic location.

Update SLA due dates in bulk

Change Service Level Agreement (SLA) due dates and times for multiple work orders at once on the WO Administration page.

Invoice labor hour rounding

VXMAIN-29799

Round labor hours to the nearest predefined charging increments for contractor invoices to reduce manual adjustments and validation of automated approvals. Apply rounding to PAYG Rates and Custom Rates for client contracts. Configure rounding to the nearest 1, 5, 15, or 30 minute increment.

This feature is optional. By default, invoices still calculate charges to the exact minute.
