PPM Suppressions

Suppress work order generation for a PPM schedule when you want to prioritize a different schedule for associated assets. Designate a time period in which to keep the suppression active. For example, you can prioritize a lower-frequency schedule like annual maintenance over a higher-frequency schedule like monthly maintenance and designate a time period in which the monthly schedule won't generate work orders.

Suppress PPM

1. Go to Admin > PPM Manager and open the PPM schedule you want to prioritize over another one.

2. Open PPM Suppressions and select Add PPM builder to suppress.

3. Select one or more PPMs to suppress.

4. Click Select builders.

5. In Suppression method, select Same day or Same month to define when suppression applies.

6. Enter the Number of days prior and the Number of days after scheduled work order generation that suppression should be active.

7. Select Save.
