Simulate alarms for testing

Use the new Rules Engine Simulation tool to view all triggering events for an alarm in one place. This allows you to test flagged condition rules and make adjustments without running a live alarm.

In a future release, the tool will also indicate whether an alarm filter is valid.

Mobile Dashboard

Service provider access to asset tiles

Give service providers access to view asset tiles in the Mobile Dashboard so that select contractors can see Dashboard information that is relevant to them. In addition to this new permission, you must also grant access to individual tiles for providers to view them.

Service providers can now be granted permission to view asset tiles in the Mobile Dashboard. This allows selected contractors to see dashboard information that is relevant to them.

Keyword search on Create Work Order

Use Keyword search on the Mobile Create Work Order screen to quickly select the asset category, subcategory, or problem type. You must first select a site and department for the work order before using Keyword Search.
