Manually Process Ready Orders from PartsSource
To manually process PartsSource orders that are ready, rather than wait for TMS Control Panel to process those orders automatically, the Process Ready Orders item in the Tools menu allows you to process ready PartsSource orders. To do so, follow these steps.
In order to access the ePartsFinder™ application or manually process orders, the PartsSource features must be configured in the Setup menu (Setup > Partners > PartsSource). See the PartsSource Setup topic for setup information.

In the Tools menu, select Partners > PartsSource > Process Ready Orders.

A dialog box with a progress bar appears as the waiting orders are processed.

When the process is completed, the dialog box displays how many orders were processed.

Check the Close and See Results option to close the dialog box and go to the Work Order Query Results screen, where the list of work orders with ready orders is displayed.

You can open any of these work orders in Work Order Edit by double-clicking on the record in the list.
