  5. If a Server and Database aren't already filled in for you, expand the section below Login

  6. Enter the TMS Server Name to access

  7. Enter the TMS Database to use, or select one from the drop-down menu

Active Directory

Your TMS system administrator should provide you with a hyperlink to TMS. If your organization uses Active Directory, you have the option of selecting a Domain name during the login process.

The Domain drop-down menu contains a blank row to allow users who are not linked to an Active Directory to log in.

Single Sign-On

The Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication scheme enables you to sign in with a single ID and password to any of the multiple related, yet independent systems. SSO allows you to be seamlessly signed in to one site/system after signing in to another.

To sign in using SSO you use your company's internal SSO Login page. This Login page has a link to the TMS application.

User Group Option

After you click Login, if the Prompt for User Group option is enabled, you might see a Choose Group pop-up window. You will not see this pop-up window if this option isn't enabled or if you don't belong to more than one user group. To continue, select the user group you want to log in with and click OK.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the log in screen. You will be required to answer three of your five Security Questions and then prompted to enter and confirm a new password. Security questions are not case sensitive. Passwords are case sensitive.
