Security Questions

Users will be required to select and answer five of the following security questions on first login:

• In what city were you born?

• What city was your father born?

• What city was your mother born?

• What is the name of your favorite niece/nephew?

• What is the name of your favorite pet?

• What is the name of your favorite restaurant?

• What is the name of your first school?

• What is your father's middle name?

• What is your favorite color?

• What is your favorite food?

• What is your maternal grandmother's first name?

• What is your mother's maiden name?

• What is your paternal grandfather's first name?

• What was the make and model of your first car?

• What was the name of your first grade teacher?

• What was your high school mascot?

Security questions can be used to reset your password if you lose or forget it later.

Security question answers are not case sensitive.

Update Security Questions

To update your security question selections and/or answers, follow the steps below:

1. Click Tools

2. Select User Preferences

3. Click the Security Questions tab

4. Enter Username and Password and click OK

5. From this window you can change which security questions you've selected to answer as well as the answers to any of your security questions. Once you've made all desired changes, click Save.

Reset Security Questions

To reset your security questions, follow the steps below:

1. Click Setup

2. Select Security and then click User

3. Select the Resources and Details tab

4. Click Reset Security Questions at the bottom of the window

This will erase all existing security question answers. You will be prompted to select new questions and enter new answers upon next successful login.
