Use the Diagnostic Center
The Diagnostic Center is accessed via the Tools menu (Tools > Diagnostic Center).
When it opens, you will notice that there are three tabs available to you in the Diagnostic Center:

The About tab

The Logs tab

The Performance Logs tab
Each tab shows you different information about your TMS system and allows you to perform different system-related functions, like enabling the client-side logging on the Performance Logs tab.
