Set When the Report Should Send on the Schedule Tab
The Schedule tab on the Email Report Edit screen is where you schedule the send date, frequency, and interval of the Email Report message. Scheduling the send date, frequency, and interval of an Email Report is the fifth step when creating an Email Report. There are three areas in the Schedule tab: Schedule, Options, and Exceptions.
Schedule
The Schedule area contains three required fields (Next Send Date, Frequency, and Interval).

In the Next Send Date field, select the next date and time you want TMS to email your report.

In the Frequency field, select how often you want TMS to email your report.
You can choose Days, Hours, Minutes, Months, Quarters, Weeks, or Years.You will need to set the Interval based upon the Frequency you select.
Options
The Options area contains two check boxes: Skip if Empty and Skip Weekends.

If you do not wish to receive an email report with no data, select the check box next to Skip if Empty and TMS will not send an empty email report.

If you do not want TMS to send your email report on a weekend, select the check box next to Skip Weekends..

Click Save.
Exceptions
The Exceptions area contains a list of dates that you do not want TMS to email your report.

Click New. The Email Report Exceptions pop-up window opens.

From the Start Date list, select the date you want to start the exception to your email report.

From the End Date list, select the date you want to stop the exception to your email report.

If you would like this exception to occur on a consistent basis, select the check box for Recurring. Otherwise clear the check box and the exception will only be followed a single time.

Click Save. Your new exception is added to the list.

Use the Edit Report Exception button to open the Email Report Exceptions pop-up window and edit an exception.

Use the Delete Exception to delete a report exception.
