Apply a User Authentication Field to a Form

To use the calculated custom field that you have created, you need to place it onto a form. To apply a User Authentication custom field to a form, follow these steps:

  1. From the Setup menu, select Custom Forms > Edit and then select the module and form.

    The Form Designer window opens.

  2. Click the tab on which you want to add the User Authentication custom field or add a new tab by clicking New Tab.

  3. In the Groups/Fields area, expand Custom Fields.

  4. Drag and drop the calculated custom field onto the tab.

  5. Click Save.

    The User Authentication custom field is now added to the form.
