Special Requirements for PM Schedules
This information pertains to non-TMS data being imported into TMS OnSite.
When importing PM schedule records, it is important to note that the Schedule field must have a value in it for every record. If your data is from another version of TMS, this should not be an issue. However, if you are importing data from a non-TMS system, it is particularly important for you to make sure that all of your schedule records have values associated with the Schedule field. The Schedule field can have one of four values:
-
Both (Calendar and Meter)
-
Calendar
-
Meter
-
Unscheduled (On-Demand)
If your PM schedules do not have values for the Schedule field, you will have the option to set one value for the Schedule field on all PM schedule records (more information is available in the Create a Mapping File topic).
There are additional required fields once you make a code selection, based on which Schedule code you selected, unless you select Unscheduled (On-Demand). The table below illustrates the code selections available to you.
