Details

The Details pane of the Portfolio Customization page contains the following information:

• Portfolio Name

  This is created by Accruent at the beginning of the implementation, and can only be changed by Accruent Professional Services.

• Title

• Password Policy: You can choose either Standard or Enhanced. Click the Password Requirements link on the login page to view details of these policies.

  If you change from Standard to Enhanced policy, all of the existing users will need their passwords changed, or they will be unable to log in to the application until the administrator creates their passwords.

• Link: Contains the URL of the company using the Siterra system for this portfolio. Clicking on the company logo in the upper left corner of Siterra opens this URL.

• Logo: Contains a link to a .JPG or other graphic file. This file appears in the upper left corner of every page of the Siterra system.

  Change the logo in the Siterra interface.

• Primary Administrator (required): Includes a drop-down menu listing all users who have admin access.
