Dashboards

The Meridian Portal dashboards give you valuable insights to your projects, packages, and documents in one place. With them, you can view a variety of metrics and filter the results by project names and dates. You can also export the data in spreadsheet formats for further analysis. Dashboards are available for project owners, document controllers, contractors, and tenant administrators.

Open dashboard

If you are a project owner, document controller, or contractor:

  1. Open the Portal Landing page.

  2. Click Projects .

  3. Select a Project Number.

  4. Click Dashboard An icon depicting a pie chart..

Tenant administrators can access a single dashboard with data for all projects.

Report metrics

Depending on your role, the dashboard displays multiple widgets that report key metrics for selected projects and time periods:

  • Created Projects: Number of projects in Meridian Portal. This metric is available only to tenant administrators.

  • Project Members: Number of users, groups, and pending invitations (based on the date set for the Until filter). Click More Details to view complete information about project members and pending invitations, and apply additional filters.

  • Package Performance: Number of accepted or rejected packages, along with the average time from acknowledgment to acceptance or rejection. It also shows the number of acknowledged packages and the average time from submission to acknowledgment.

  • Document Status: Number of documents and their workflow status.

  • Package Status: Number of packages and their workflow status.

  • Package Transfer: Number of packages transferred from Meridian Power to Meridian Portal and their transfer status.

  • Review: Number of packages in the In Review workflow state.

  • Approval: Number of packages in the For Approval workflow state.

To view the basis data for a metric, click More Details or a chart segment in the widget.

The widgets that are available to you depend on your role in the selected project. Some widgets allow you to download the base data in a spreadsheet format for further analysis.

Apply filters

  1. Click the calendar icon of the From field and then select the reporting period start date.

  2. Click the calendar icon of the Until field and then select the reporting period end date.

  3. If you are a tenant administrator:

    1. Click the down arrow of the Select a Project list.

    2. Select the projects you want reported in the dashboard widgets.

  4. Click Apply Filters.

  5. To apply additional filters to a specific metric, click More Details or a chart segment in the widget.

Export report data

You can export up to 1,000 records for each report metric.

  1. Click More Details or a chart segment.

  2. On the details page, click Export in the toolbar.

  3. Select Export CSV or Export XLSX to define the export format.

    A progress dialog appears.

  4. Click Download.

    The file downloads to your browser.
