Portal Landing Page
The Portal Landing page displays your tasks, recent projects, and received packages to help you prioritize and manage your workload. It also provides shortcuts to the most recent projects you worked on to speed up your workflow. Access Meridian and select Portal from the Meridian Cloud Landing page to open the Portal Landing page. You can also access the Portal Landing page by clicking the Home icon in the menu ribbon in Meridian Portal.
My Tasks
View the packages you are responsible for, such as when you're an approver and receive a package that requires your approval. The following columns provide details about each assigned task:

Package number: Number assigned to the package for document processing. Click it to view the package details.

In project: Project number associated with the package. Click it to view the project details.

My responsibility: Your responsibility for each package is indicated by an icon. Hover over the icon to view a description of your responsibility.

Due date: Deadline for completing the task.

Lead reviewer: Name of the lead reviewer, if one is assigned to the task.
Click View All to display all tasks assigned to you.
Received Packages
View the 10 most recent packages you've received for processing, such as when you're a contractor and receive a Returned package. The package remains in the Received Packages list until you acknowledge it. The following columns provide details about each received package:

Package number: Number assigned to the package for document processing. Click it to view the package details.

In project: Project number associated with the package. Click it to view the project details.

Received: Date you received the package.

From: Sender of each package. Hover over the icon to view the sender's name.

Owner: Person responsible for processing the documents in the package. Hover over the icon to view the owner's name.
Click View All to display all received packages if the list contains more than 10.
Packages don't appear in the list if you system administrator activates the Automated Actions for document controllers and contractors in Account Settings > Package Settings for your project type.
Recent Projects
View the projects you've worked on recently.

Project number: Project identifier. Click it to view the project details.

Project name: Name of the project.

My role: Your role in each project. Hover over the icon to view a description of your role.
If you're part of a project but haven't opened it yet, it doesn't appear in the list. To display all projects, click View All.
