Compliance Check in Portal
Meridian Portal automatically checks the compliance of documents in the clipboard throughout different workflow statuses. When contractors or contributors upload documents to a project, or before document controllers or project owners accept, send, or release them, the documents must first pass a compliance check.
The portal checks for the following compliance rules:
-
File is empty.
-
Missing CAD references.
-
Required properties not complete.
-
Source file not included.
-
Rendition file not included.
-
Title has changed.
-
Source file has not changed.
-
Rendition file has not changed.
-
Revision is not sequential.
Your tenant administrator configures the document compliance rules and defines the actions for each, specifying what is allowed, disallowed, or flagged as a warning.
Compliance rule status
The colored dot next to the Project ID column indicates the compliance status of each document:
-
Green: Document has passed the compliance check.
-
Yellow: There are compliance items that need attention.
-
Red: The document has failed the compliance check.
Hover over the colored dot to view detailed information about the compliance rules the document has passed or failed.
You can also view the compliance status in the Compliance tab on the Document Details page.
