Share a Document
You can share a document with users of other programs by copying a link from Explorer. When the link is opened, it will open Explorer directly to the document.
To share a document:

Find the document that you want to share as described in Find Items.

Select the row of the document that you want to share.
A check mark icon
appears in the left-most column of a row when it is selected. -
In the toolbar, click
Share. A link to the file is automatically copied to your clipboard.

Open the program where you want to share the document and paste the link anywhere that accepts text input.
